  • Supporting other service providers to develop their capacity to deliver new long term service options.

  • Recruiting partners from the NHS and education.
  • Developing resources to enable these providers to recruit, train, and support volunteer conversation partners.
  • Tracking the issues and impact of the Reaching Out service for people with aphasia, service providers and volunteers / students who deliver the service.

  • Partners who are working with us on the project. These include the University of East Anglia, and NHS teams such as the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust.

Who is funding the project?

The project is part funded by a Department of Health Section 64 grant.
