Service Lead - Cornwall Stroke Support

Based in Cornwall 

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in developing and delivering Cornwall Stroke Support across the County. The service has been commissioned by Cornwall Adult Social Care and NHS Kernow to provide opportunities for people who have had a stroke and their families as part of the Well Being, Early Intervention and Prevention Services.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person to work with the team, CEO, and commissioners to take the service forward, delivering on clear outputs and outcomes.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, motivated and enthusiastic. Previous experience of working with people with a communication disability and of advocacy would be an advantage.

A car driver is essential and an ability to drive throughout the county.

Fixed term two year contract

Full-time 37.5 hrs per week

Salary £27,400 per annum.
